Terms & Conditions – Cash Gift Voucher

  • This voucher is not redeemable for cash or any services other than accommodation.
  • It is non-transferable and must be used by the person to whom it was issued.
  • Valid until the date specified. Extensions will not be granted. Unused value will not be refunded or carried forward.
  • A prior reservation is required. Please contact us at +94 77 363 8381 or enquiries@teardrop-hotels.com. A clear photo of the front and back of the voucher must be submitted for validation.
  • Redemption is subject to room availability at the time of booking.
  • Room rates may vary depending on travel dates. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
  • If the value of the booking exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
  • Cancellations or amendments are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed using this voucher.
  • Only original vouchers will be accepted. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be reissued.

Terms & Conditions – Donations

1. General

  • 1.1 These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all donations made to Teardrop Care Foundation.
  • 1.2 By making a donation through Teardrop Care Foundations’ online payment gateway, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • 1.32 All donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and will be used solely for the intended charitable purposes.
  • 1.43 Teardrop Care Foundation reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment & Processing

  • 2.1 Donations are processed securely via our payment gateway provider, Global Payments (CyberSource).
  • 2.2 We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and other payment methods listed on our platform.
  • 2.3 Transaction processing times may vary, and Teardrop Care Foundation is not responsible for any delays caused by financial institutions or third-party service providers.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • 3.1 All donations are non-refundable unless there has been a verified technical issue (e.g., duplicate transactions).
  • 3.2 If a refund is required due to an error, donors must submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction, including proof of the error or the issue giving rise to the request for a refund.
  • 3.3 Refund requests can be sent to enquiries@teardrop-hotels.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Tax & Receipts

  • 4.1 Donations may or may not be tax-deductible, depending on local regulations. Teardrop Care Foundation does not guarantee tax benefits for donations.
  • 4.2 Upon successful transaction completion, donors will receive an automated confirmation email.
  • 4.3 Official donation receipts can be requested by contacting enquiries@teardrop-hotels.com with proof of payment.

5. Data Protection & Privacy

  • 5.1 Donor information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties, except as required by law.
  • 5.2 Teardrop Care Foundation may use donor information to provide updates on charity initiatives, unless the donor opts out.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

  • 6.1 Teardrop Care Foundation is not responsible for any errors, fraud, or technical failures that may affect donations.
  • 6.2 While we use best endeavors to ensure that donations are used for their intended purpose, we cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances affecting fund allocation.
