This gift card is valid for use at any Teardrop Hotels property within two years from the date of purchase.

Terms and conditions:

• Gift cards are valid for 2 year only from date of purchase.
• Gift cards can be exchanged for amenities and services (Accommodation and other incidental charges) at Teardrop Hotels.
• Gift cards are non-transferable and can be used as part or full payment. No change or refunds will be given.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All gift cards will be confirmed by email.
• The total value of your gift cards will be debited from your card at the time of purchase.
• All bookings are subject to availability. Teardrop Hotels booking terms & conditions apply.
• Prior reservation needs to be made for accommodation, if redeeming via gift cards.
• Gift card holders must mention the gift card number at the time of booking and present it on arrival at the hotel.
• We reserve the right to cancel a gift card if we believe that the gift card was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
• Gift cards may not be resold.
• Teardrop Hotels reserves the right to alter, change and/or add to the terms and conditions of this gift card at any time.
• Gift card ID number should be presented at the time of redemption.
